Nas who was born into a music family with his father being a jazz musician from Mississippi, picked up his first instrument that was a Trumpet at the age of 4 years and started playing. By the time he was nine years old, he had already being getting influenced by the emerging genre of rap music, and even started composing his own rap lyrics by himself.
Nas who dropped out of school in his 8th grade after his parents divorced in the mid-80s, then made the firm decision to rededicate his whole life to music and had to bring along his friend named Will Graham with him as his DJ on his journey to pursue his music career. Nas who seems to have maintained a deep interest in new technology over the year, in the end founded his own Venture Capital firm that he named QueensBridge Ventures that has now made a ton of investments that basically range in the $100-$500,000 range, while the fund receives over 100 pitches per month from new firms seeking capital.
